This article states both the negative and the positive of outsourcing white collar jobs. Having competition can be a good thing. Competition will eventually strengthen United States buisness and it will push for innovation. If this was false then the United States would not have been leading the nations in agriculture, manufactoring, and information technology. Outsourcing has already reshaped American manufactoring is spreading to high tech and service jobs. The country must awaken to this issue and carefully examine reconstruction by globalization.
